Save Our Sperrins is a grassroots environmental charity dedicated to protecting the Sperrin Mountains from industrial gold mining and other forms of ecological degradation.
We work through community engagement, public education, legal challenges, and international advocacy to preserve our clean air, pure water, healthy soils, and the cultural and ecological heritage of one of Ireland’s most beautiful natural landscapes.
Based in County Tyrone, our campaign is powered by volunteers, informed by science, and driven by love for the land.
