In today's world people are wasting:
* plastic - plastic bags, plastic pockets, plastic toys,
* metal - cans, key rings and batteries,
* paper - newspapers, magazines, books, business reports,
* fuel - people use cars instead of catching public transport,
* magnets - fridge magnets and dumping of old DC motor in the bin,
* electricity - people leave the light on and use inefficient devices,
* water - lack of clean water and sanitation is a problem in developing countries,
* wood - people dump old furniture in the bin and buy new furniture.
The aim of this organisation is to try to stop this waste to:
* reduce pollution that is created during manufacturing,
* save non-renewable resources till alternative materials are developed through research and innovation,
reduce the amount of money that is wasted on material and non-renewable energy when it could be used for basic needs.
You can help to reduce the waste of resources by:
* try to use renewable resources. Purchase fewer products that use non-renewable resources,
* raise awareness about the waste of resources,
* do not throw old items in the bin. Keep it for future generations,
* donate to us so that we can undertake research to develop new renewable materials that can replace non-renewable materials such as plastic and nylon.
We hope that we can all work together so that in time we can reduce waste.
