Savico was established on 01 September 1982, named as District 1 Service Company. The company was equitized based on Decision No. 3449/QĐ-UB issued by Ho Chi Minh City’s People’s Committee dated 09 July 2004. On 04 January 2005, the company officially started to run according to its Business License No. 4103002955 issued by Department of Planning & Investment of Ho Chi Minh City dated 15 December 2004, the sixth change registration dated 15 October 2009 with charter capital amount at 249,955,730,000 VNĐ. On 21 December 2006, SAI GON GENERAL SERVICE CORPORATION officially registered for securities trading at Hanoi Securities Center. On 01 June 2009, Savico’s stock was listed at Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange in order for continual market expansion, development of company’s trading activities located in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Mekong Delta,.., to meet demands of numerous investors, partners, share holders,... After 40 years since establishment and with more than seven years of operation under a joint-stock business, Savico succeeded in building a strategy to become a company specializing in development of 03 areas: Service – Trading, Real Estate and Financial Service.
