Sawaed Training Center LLC is one of Sawaed Holding PJSC's investments. The vocational training center is located in Musaffah Industrial Area in Abu Dhabi. It aims to provide professional training in the fields of carpentry, steel installation, electrical work, plumbing, paints, and construction. We have a group of professional certified trainers who have qualified record in training workers and employees from different countries, professionally refining their work skills in accordance with the requirements of the labor market in the United Arab Emirates before being mobilized to sites. Our procedures invite clients, technical teams, to visit the Professional and Craftsmen Testing Office at the Sawaeed Training Center to conduct skills assessment tests for workers and choose the most suitable skills for client projects. Inbound Training: Training courses for craftsmen are held in Sawaeed Training Center on a daily basis to improve and develop workers skills. Newly Arrival Workers: Upon arrival, professionals and craftsmen are evaluated in Sawaeed Training Center and then categorized to different trades. Where those with lower level skills are placed in a training course to refine and develop their skills before being mobilized to clients. The new employees receive preliminary training and orientation on the UAE labor market and the UAE labor law, followed by special skills training. Existing Workers: Revitalizing training for existing craftsmen is conducted frequently to refine their skills and develop them to reach the highest standards required. Comprehensive Training: To upgrade and raise the efficiency of professional workers and craftsmen, as they are trained in more skills will entitle them to perform multiple functions in their work and make progress in their careers, whether they are workers or supervisors. Outbound Training Conducted upon client's request, professionals and craftsmen can be trained on specified skills during an agreed period.
