Sawall Development

Arthur Sawall, an electrical engineer by trade, started ECT International INC. in 1990 which was a software company specializing in electrical CAD software solutions. ECT grew rapidly and eventually had offices in Europe, China, Australia, India with headquarters in Brookfield WI (because that is home). After the software business was sold to one of the largest software CAD companies in the world, ECT branched off into real estate development and has been known as ECT International INC. DBA Sawall Development. Similar to ECT the software company, Sawall Development grew very rapidly and has properties throughout Southeastern, Wisconsin consisting of multi-families, single family residential lots, and commercial space.
