It has been a dream of Jade Kilduff's to be able to help families of children and adults with complex needs so they have a place to go on Holiday together as a Family without the huge cost. At the Sign Along With Us Foundation, we are for the public benefit, the relief and assistance of people with complex medical needs who are registered disabled throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland by providing them with respite accommodation which is inclusive and accessible.
