The SBlockS Platform is a decentralized organization which brings together structured product buyers and structured product providers. Our platform facilitates structuring, issue and full life cycle management for Structured Payoff Tokens (structured-notes). The platform is always overcollateralized (collateral is stored in smart contracts on blockchain) and provides risk management processes. Low barriers to entry allow anyone with capital and product expertise to be a structured product provider.
