We Saravana Building Products, Chennai Started this Manufacturing facility in the year 2001 Under the Guidance of ELGI, Coimbatore (Pioneers in Introducing UPVC Windows In the year 1997 in Collaboration with Technoplast, Austria). The company is a proprietary company owned by Shri. V.S.Palanisamy. They Proprietor was having owned his manufacturing setup for railway products, Injection Moulding components for almost 45 years. This company was started for his son Veeramanikandan who finished his engineering in the year 2001. The new Venture ably guided by the Industry leaders and they started doing 30 windows per shift. Now the plant has been expanded with modernization on the machinery to produce/fabricate 100 windows per Shift. The factory is well organized and taken care by Mr.Palanisamy, Proprietor himself in the Factory. Whereas the Site co-ordination, Marketing part & Installation is done by Mr. P.Veeramanikandan. The Company has completed 20 lacs sqft completed projects. We are working with all Major Builders and promoters. The company then moved with firm and wise decision to change with the profile system from ELGI TO Koemmerling Brand German UPVC profiles in the year 2012 in seeing the market trends. The Koemmerling German UPVC Brand is one of the TOP brands from Profine International Group, Germany started in 1897 by Karl Koemmerling in Pirmasens Germany. They Moved to UPVC profiles Business in the year 1954. The Koemmerling product is in Existence in India since 2003. The Profine Group is a 7000 crores group. at present in India, it is a 200 crores group. It was a Milestone when M/S Profine International GMBH planned for their Extrusion Facility In Vadodara, Gujarat, India in 2012. we are running with 4 extrusion lines with 40 more fabricators all over the country. The capacity of extrusion is 1500 metric tonnes at present subsequently we are planning for 10000 metric tonnes in mere future.
