Sardar Bhagwan University is the pioneer in offering professional education in the field of Biomedical Sciences in the region. Since its inception in 1994, the University has constantly worked towards raising the academic standards. The University offers programs in various fields of Allied Health & Life Sciences such as Pharmacy, Applied Chemistry, Physiotherapy, Lab Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology and Biochemistry. With two decades of excellence in the field of Biomedical Sciences, Sardar Bhagwan Singh University now ventures into the field of Agricultural Sciences, Forensic Sciences and Technology and Commerce and Management keeping in view the career opportunities and aspirations of the young generation. Mandate The organisation is governed by the society Gaurav Bharti Shiksha Sansthan which was established in the year 1994. The depicted society mandated itself towards providing quality professional education to the needy students belonging to the Sikh minority community, but now admissions are open to all categories of students irrespective of caste, creed and religion. The grand aim is to develop the University as centre of excellence in the area of science and technology with the state of art facilities.
