About Sisters' Blended Value Project (SBVP)
Mission Statement: To provide practical, hands-on entrepreneur skills that catalyzes sustainable and scalable solutions that alleviate poverty across religious women in the ACWECA region Vision Statement: To empower consecrated women through social entrepreneurship SBVP is a project to transform the social ministries carried out by Catholic Sisters in Eastern and Central Africa into social enterprises. SBVP equips Sisters with skills to utilize locally available resources to generate income as a way out of poverty, for their congregations and communities. SBVP is a four-stage, two-year program for Sisters to learn how to become social entrepreneurs, providing social services while creating value from it to meet the sustainability needs of their respective Religious Orders.
