SCAACH; a design and building construction firm, is a Lagos-based practice operating within the traditional boundaries of Architecture, Real Estate Development/Advisory, Project Management, Interior design, Research and Product Design founded in 2019 and legally bounded in 2021. The practice works as a single entity that is both ethnically and culturally diverse, with people central to all our endeavors. SCAACH is an associated member of a group of companies that provides services across all areas of the building construction industry. Through our associated membership, we have access to world-class ideas, skills and innovative technology suitable for delivering excellent projects, timely and effectively. Our sole focus is in Residential and Commercial development projects, spanning across all geopolitical zones. Our vision is to ensure buildings and spaces are designed and constructed with the most innovative and sustainable design solutions in a cost effective and timely manner.
