IndiHire Consultants’ Executive Search division was carved out to form Scaler Consulting. While external Executive Search is our main-stay, we also offer a range of other decision support solutions around Leadership Talent. This includes Leadership Audits & Assessment, Industry Benchmarking, Market Intelligence, Executive Due-Diligence and Executive Outplacement support. Our client list is made up of India headquartered conglomerates, Foreign headquartered corporations, Tech start-up’s and a variety of mid-sized companies. This spans across all domains mentioned above. A few appointments are in geographies outside of India.
