The reason I founded ScaleUp Bridge was due to my frustration that so many startups fail to scale. Did you know that only three percent of startups ever officially become scaleups in America? The numbers are even less in Europe. I spent the past 15 years researching and learning what makes some companies succeed, while most fail. I have made it my mission to help companies achieve sustainable and profitable growth through implementing systemic processes and defined methodologies that have proven track records to achieve results. With Covid-19 causing further disruption, difficulty, and challenges, it is more important than ever to contribute to rebuilding the global economy and keeping startups afloat. While scaleups account for less than three percent of all companies, they are the largest group of employers in the United States and generate innovation that will help solve many of the world’s largest challenges. It is not a choice, but an absolute must that we build ecosystems through which more startups can achieve compound growth and become scaleups, providing employment opportunities and innovation to propel generations to come.
