Scatter Mind Central (SMC) is a perpetually-evolving experimental project of the internet persuasion led by Brandon Stovall--one of the most unreasonable men and skilled procrastinators in recent history. A small number of French bohemians formed an underground group inspired by this "art" and claim to serve as "vanguards" to usher in the artistic movement...yeah, I'm just making all this up...heh...that'd be awesome if that happened, though.
