My philosophy as an experienced manager in the event, travel and convention industries has always been: “It doesn’t matter if times are good or bad – don’t ignore your employees.”

Logistics and details are ingrained in my DNA, and I have an extensive network of people with whom I work to achieve everything from small, informal gatherings to pulling off spectacular international events.
