SCG Project Advisory, LLC is led and owned by Steven Giordano. As the owner, Steven is personally invested in the success of each project that he is involved with. As your owner advisor, Steven brings 28 years-experience in the NYC design and construction industry. His desire to bring value to your project is achieved by offering solution-based guidance throughout the process. He believes strongly in his core values and approaches each project and its complexities with integrity, creativity, collaboration and transparency. As the owner representative, we serve as an extension of the project owner or their team. As an owner advisor, we do more than monitor a project and report back to the client.
