Hi We are SchäferStolz from Munich: Anne Schäfer, a Senior Product Designer and Business Psychologist and Anja Stolz, a Senior Technical Communicator and Researcher with an extensive experience in various B2B companies. Our clients are blue chips like Siemens or Carl Zeiss as well as family owned hidden champions and Munich based startups. What we offer in a nutshell: // The whole User Experience Design process: Understand & Research User Needs - Sketch mockups & Design prototypes - Evaluate & Test // Talk to people We like to talk to people and are strong experts in user research (qualitative and quantitative research methods). For example a project with Siemens we interviewed managers and construction workers on power plants to find out their needs for a new plant management software and did an online survey incl result evaluation. // Uncover unknown creative solutions We introduce workshops with Design Thinking methods and plan design sprints for your team and/or your customers. We help you to connect previously unknown dots and build new patterns. // Prototyping and creating user interfaces for beginners and experts We use tools like Balsamiq, Adobe Experience Design, Axure (and if you like we can use invision, Sketch or figma as well). // Involve all stakeholders We work closely with your stakeholders (CEO, PO, Devs) and deliver results continously. // Part-time support Establising / defining UX processes requires hard and intense work in the very beginning. As soon as all stakeholders are familiar with the process, we as UX designers pop in regularly but not full-time. Saves time and money for our customers.
