I am a product of public education. I went to a rural public school and continued my education at UW - Stevens Point, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with degrees in Environmental Science and Political Science.
I am running this year because I have spent the last few months working in the district as a substitute, and I have seen from the inside how much our students, teachers, and staff need support - now more than ever. They need a young voice on the board, a voice who has walked in their shoes and remembers what it was like to grow up in a rural public school. I hope to be that voice.
