We also are actively involved in domestic, commercial, retail, installations, maintenance, repairs, and compliance work. From small houses and flats that require clearance certification for gas, beetle, plumbing, electric fence and Electrical for the process to transfer ownership of property. We also do large electrical compliance works for flameproof areas which include, zoning of areas and classifications. We have linked with the South African Flameproof Association and get regular audits by Inspection Authorities to ensure we comply with the latest techniques, bylaws, and acts. National contracts do take us into other provinces on specialised service level agreements tailor made with our customers and clients. Schmidhauser also handles a bulk amount of maintenance construction works so we tie in one contractor for point of call, thus making it easier for customers to get quicker and better service. Our stringent Health and Safety programme has allowed us to boast no fatalities or injuries for the past 11 years. We are proudly 100% BBE compliant level one Black Female Owned company.
