While practicing at large firms and as in-house counsel, we recognized two emerging trends in the legal industry. First, the consolidation of the large North Carolina law firms with even larger regional and national firms was leaving the entrepreneurs and middle-market businesses, who we really liked working with, priced out or lost in the shuffle. At the same time, attorneys practicing under the traditional large firm model were increasingly frustrated by the lack of flexibility and life sacrifices required to succeed.
We established Schneider Law Group, a business boutique firm, as an attractive alternative to the large firm model for both clients and attorneys. We believe that a law firm can help clients feel comfortable and assured with their legal services and at the same time be a place where an experienced attorney can enjoy the practice of law.
