ScholarRise is a mobile responsive web application that sits firmly at the intersection of gift registries, crowdfunding, social media and professional networking platforms especially geared towards students with moderate financial means pursuing secondary degrees. ScholarRise gives college/university students an easy to use and convenient tool to request supplies for the classroom (laptops, books, school supplies), or their living quarters (bedding, toiletries, cookware), and to raise money for college related activities. ScholarRise makes it easy for donors to provide gifts and financial support, and to stay connected to the student throughout a student's time in school.
