School Synergy Snacks

A Promising start... Our concern about the uncertain future of the graduates of the Special Education Schools, motivated us to focus on linking student education with professional rehabilitation. With the support of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, we have created a pilot, highly professional cooking lab into the school area so that our students will have the opportunity to acquire pre-vocational skills. Through the implementation of Virtual Entrepreneurship programs we have gained experience, faith and strong will to actualize our vision. The broad recognition and awarding of our actions, gave us an impetus to establish a Social Cooperative Enterprise. Our prominent member, famous chef, Ilias Mamalakis was moved and inspired by the students’ excitement and supported us in creating a healthy snack bar under the trade name 3S School Synergy Snacks.
