School in a Bag is a simple solution created to help poor, orphan, vulnerable and disaster-affected children around the world. Each SchoolBag is filled with stationery, learning resources, eating utensils and a hygiene kit, that will enable a child to write, draw, colour, calculate, express themselves and above all, learn.
A SchoolBag is just £20, which includes all the contents and shipping to its final destination. Every SchoolBag also has its own unique number, given to the donor, so they can track where in the world their bag has gone. To date, over 121,000 have been distributed to 47 countries around the world.
An education for these children could be their passport to a life out of hardship and poverty.
School in a Bag's biggest annual fundraiser is its charity music festival, Home Farm Fest, based in the farm where the charity is based. To date, Home Farm Fest has raised over £405,700 for the charity.
