School of Happiness

Welcome to the School of Happiness, a global community empowering changemakers to apply the science of happiness for positive leadership and meaningful change. Founded by happiness expert, author and TEDx speaker, Aliénor Salmon in 2022, our mission is to help people live their happiest lives using a science-based approach that requires only two hours per month. Each month, we dive into a different theme related to happiness based on the latest happiness research, science, and ideas. Topics include purpose, creativity, hope, gratitude and joy, and are selected based on positive psychology’s 24 character strengths, key theories and thinkers.
