School Synergy

School Synergy aims to reduce the number of disparate systems in schools and replace with a complete, intuitive and affordable solution that works. There are many systems already available in education which support different aspects of school life. Why School Synergy? We believe that although some solutions are excellent, on their own they become cumbersome, difficult to manage/use and don't provide a connected, holistic overview. Our ambitious project aims to include over 20 different separate systems and bring them together in a single, integrated solution providing meaningful 'joined-up' information. School Synergy integrates with your School MIS system making getting started with School Synergy easy. We host and provide a fully managed service making setup easy and reducing the burden on your own school IT support. School Synergy was developed with principles of data protection and GDPR at the core. Each module is carefully designed to protect sensitive information. For example, the Pastoral Log removes the need for sharing confidential student information via global email. Instead information is shared only with those who need to know through the secure solution. Going forward, Freedom of Information requests can be produced and manged quickly, reducing much administration. Progress Tutor, Class Teacher and Parent views provide a holistic and proactive overview, pulling together information from all aspects of school life. With School Synergy, there are no surprises at Parents' Evenings; problems and issues are identified as they happen, prompting meaningful conversations and early interventions. School Synergy removes the need for other disparate systems, improves staff productivity and streamlines administration tasks. School Synergy is currently in Launch Partner mode until the end of 2018.
