Schulte Legal Search exclusively focuses on placing lawyers at all levels of seniority into Legal and Compliance positions with leading corporates and banks, primarily in Southern Germany. As a one-man boutique search firm I am your single point of contact, am highly flexible and can concentrate on what matters most: Delivering excellent results – also in highly time-critical assignments. I have been working in the legal market for over 15 years, for the last 10 years as a legal recruitment consultant and before that during more than 5 years as a lawyer and as a management consultant with well-known firms in Munich. During this time, I have built a comprehensive network, extensive market knowledge and an impressive track record. I only take on assignments for which I can see a high probability of success within a reasonable time frame. For each assignment, I develop a tailor-made search strategy, making the most of both my network and a highly professional and discreet direct search approach.
