SCHWAPe is a venture platform that turns unused, unseen SME innovation potential into scalable businesses. We identify strategic opportunities within the real economy and develop ventures where others see complexity or inertia. Our approach is systematic. We act as a factory: repeatable structures, shared infrastructure, experienced teams. The goal is simple: build tech ventures out of what already works but nobody sees. We focus on industries overlooked by classic VCs and companies too small for private equity. We partner with SMEs, family businesses, and institutions that have something valuable, something already proven but lack the time, resources, or structure to build it out.
