Private Capital Schwartz Capital Group invests our own capital in operating companies and real estate assets. We target proven, cash flow generating businesses with defensible market positions. Our real estate efforts concentrate on partnering with trusted operators to acquire multi-family and commercial real estate assets. Our lack of outside investors allows us to be nimble, maintain a long-term investment horizon, and be true partners to the management teams and operators we support. Strand Equity Strand Equity Partners (“SEP”), an affiliate of Schwartz Capital Group is a growth equity fund focused on making investments in emerging and dynamic consumer brands. One of SEP’s key tenets is the ability to add value and be flexible when structuring our investment with founders and management.
