We are the global market leader in the field of heat treatment solutions for press hardening. Our advanced heat treatment systems have proven their merits many times over in automotive manufacturing and its supplier industries, steel and nonferrous metals processing, and in the aircraft industry. Today, these installations are in use all over the globe. In the automotive sector, we supply directly to vehicle manufacturers as a tier 1 and tier 2 supplier or act as a vendor to their direct suppliers. schwartz worldwide The schwartz Group has nine locations worldwide with 23,500 m² of production and service space, as well as 4,500 m² of office space and employs about 240 people, 160 of them at our headquarters in Simmerath. Here, we have around 4,500 m² of space available for production, assembly and factory acceptance of our heat treatment plants. The construction of all plants takes place exclusively at our headquarters in Simmerath. This is also where the main production takes place. Further production facilities are located in Aachen and at our Chinese subsidiary near Shanghai, PR China.
