We make it possible Since 2002, Schwitzke Project has been realising rebuilding projects of every size and complexity as a general contractor - in Germany and many European countries. With our current staff of around 80, we work for domestic and international clients, realizing stores, fitness centres, restaurants and office spaces, modernising hotels and shopping centres, revitalising even the most difficult existing buildings and spaces - always in perfect timing, at clearly calculated costs and in the best quality. All of them turn-key. Our range of services includes without exception all trades involved in successful rebuilding work, from shell construction to furnishing, and all technical trades. We are managers of the interfaces and problem solvers for our customers. In doing so, we always act as optimisers of processes, construction times and costs. Our team makes us what we are.
