Schörling Spira was set up in 2023 to help a select group of Scandinavian companies grow from local players to world leaders. Staying true to the approach long adopted within Schörling, we co-own companies together with management and focus on creating optimal conditions for them to perform. We maintain a simple governance structure that emphasizes trust in the right people, shared financial incentives, and well-aligned performance objectives with fixed timelines. Even though we invest with a long-term perspective, potentially for decades, our investment horizon is not eternal. Our role is to support our companies through critical phases of significant development as they evolve into larger, more mature businesses.
