Scientists for Extinction Rebellion

Scientists for XR is a decentralised and self-organised group that includes scientists and academics located in the UK. We come from across the spectrum of scientific disciplines and believe we have a moral duty not just to document the natural world, but also to help protect it. There are a huge range of strategies - from traditional campaigning to civil disobedience - where scientists’ positions, skills, expertise, credibility and networks could be invaluable. Scientists for XR is based in the UK, but we do welcome international members.
