Sci.STEPS is a new online mentoring program focused on STEM bachelor, master, and PhD students, and early career researchers. We wish to spread a conscious educated approach to career tracks in academia and beyond. We provide young scientists with important skills for setting and managing career goals, as well as searching and applying for positions in the modern job market.
