Society of Construction Law Serbia

The Society of Construction Law Serbia was founded in 2024 and aims to promote education, study and research in the field of construction law and related subjects in Serbia and abroad for the benefit of the public and the construction industry. Structured to keep member fees affordable to all, SCL Serbia relies on the voluntary support and work of its members who come from all professions involved with the construction industry. SCL Serbia is affiliated with and shares similar aims of the Society of Construction Law in the UK, which was established in 1983. SCL Serbia is strictly independent of commercial interests. It exists not to promote individuals or businesses, but to act as a forum for the better understanding of construction law and its practical application in the industry.
