SCM BIOTECHNOLOGY Co., was established within the framework of university-industry cooperation on Technopark in 2021. It that is aimed to transform solutions based on knowledge, science and technology into social benefit and economic value is an innovative biotechnology company. The main goal of our company is created R&D-based biotechnology/biomedical research outputs within the framework of high technology standards.
SCM BIOTECHNOLOGY has focused on production of; Nucleic Acid Isolation Kits, ELISA Kits, Fragment and Sequence Analysis Kits. These productions are done in ourR&D center where located in Technopark. Our company has three R&D projects carried out within the Ministry of Industry.One of our projects is supported by TUBITAK SME R&D Start-Up Support Program (1507), this project is related for the diagnosis and follow-up of SMA disease. In the near future, these kits to be used in the Diagnosis and Treatment of SMA Diseasewill be added to the existing product portfolio in the fields of Biotechnology and Molecular Biology.
Our company carries out cooperation processes with the Ministry of Industry and TUBITAK institutions for R&D projects and has a mission that takes social responsibilities into account. For this purpose of our company defined mission to;
• Aimsto bring to life key creative discoveries, innovative research strategies and their applications as a basis for maintaining and improving health.
• Takes part in the processes of developing, protecting and renewing the scientific and physical resources that will ensure the country’s capacity to prevent diseases,
• Aims to expand the knowledge base in medicine and related sciences, which will also increase the economic welfare of the country, and to support the continuous high efficiency of public investment in research,
• Committed to setting an example and promoting the highest level of scientific integration, public accountability and social responsibility in the conduct of science.
