Founded in 1996, the South Carolina National Heritage Corridor (SCNHC) is a National Park Service-designated nonprofit dedicated to preserving and promoting South Carolina’s natural, cultural, and historic assets. We drive impact through key initiatives like SC7 Expedition, spotlighting conservation and outdoor adventure; The Southern Edge Magazine, sharing the stories that define our heritage; the SC Resilience Conference, tackling sustainability and climate challenges; SC Trail Towns boosting eco-tourism and community engagement; and Go Paddle SC, blending wellness with nature.
