Scoby Labs is our Fermentation Kitchen Labs where we reestablish that Cooking is the Science, and chemistry of Flavours and aromas. We run various fermentation projects, trying and testing recipes and creating an inclusive classroom with a practical understanding of the biology of Fermentation and Chemistry of Cooking Sciences. Microbes are a fantastic wonderland of creatures that are so important to us in our day-to-day lives. They are the sole drivers of most metabolism on this planet and here at Scoby, we shall explore their fantastic potential with a fun Science approach.
