SCOMAT (Société de Consignation, Manutention et des Transports) is a Mauritanian logistics company created in 1986 by Mr. Hassana Ahmed Labeid located in Mauritania. At its creation, SCOMAT was specialized in offering agency services for fishing vessels operating in Mauritania. It was also providing services for vessel cargos such as agency, handling, stevedoring and customs clearance. In 2010, SCOMAT expanded its services to inland transportation and laydown are in Nouakchott Port and integrated logistics services.
