Southern Cross Outreach Observatory Project (SCOOP) is Australia's first mobile astronomical observatory. While originally designed for public outreach astronomy in remote Australian communities, we aim to extrapolate this concept to create a synchronised network of similar observatories which can gather high precision data of space debris and help mitigate the space debris problem too
