It's all about people. Hello. We're Scoot Recruit. We're recruitment consultants specialising in freelance and permanent roles in the creative sector. We've been recruiting in London and the southeast for twenty years now and in that time we've discovered who gets jobs at design consultancies, advertising agencies and production houses: people. That's what we're about, finding good people for good jobs and good companies. In this low-involvement, on-screen, click-and-forget age managing the recruitment process properly is more of a challenge than ever. CVs, pdf portfolios and personal websites are important tools but what we think is the absolute key is making sure people talk to people. Looking past the screen and at the people involved is what we love to do. And you know what? That leads to those people finding the jobs/employees they want. So that's Scoot for you. We're about people. We take the time to listen and understand what you want and what you need when either looking for a job or looking for a new person to join your company. We talk with creative people, production people, technical people and relationship-building people.
