ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES
Product Design:
Our experience with mechanical design and manufacturing enables us to assist in integrating all aspects of a project from conceptual design, to full production. As manufacturability is very important for any design, our hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry allows us to offer you designs that will be optimized for efficient production.
Computer Aided Design and Development:
We use the latest 2D drafting and 3D modeling software on a High-End workstation to develop and document designs of the highest quality and efficiency.
Production Drawings:
We can provide complete 2D and 3D drawings from conceptual thru final production phases, which can be used for development, sales, marketing, and manufacturing. In addition, we can import and export files of multiple formats.
Manufacturing Assistance:
We can run manufacturability analyses on existing designs, provide manufacturing cost estimates, and locate a suitable manufacturer. We have personal experience with most types of machining and manufacturing processes: conventional and CNC milling, grinding, and turning, and EDM (electrical discharge machining). As well as experience with TIG, MIG, and resistance welding, and flame and oven heat-treating.
