Founded in 1912 as the national beekeeping body in Scotland, we represent,
educate, assist, inform, insure and bring together beekeepers across Scotland.
Our charitable purpose is to support honeybees and beekeepers in Scotland, improve the standard of beekeeping across Scotland, and to promote Scottish honeybee products through:
• Education in relation to the craft of beekeeping.
• The heritage, culture and science of beekeeping.
• Environmental protection by the conservation of the honeybee
We represent our beekeeping members and supporters' interests at a local, national and international level.
