I am seeking to acquire a historically profitable industrial-related business in the greater Houston metro area with an owner looking to transition the business to the next generation. My goal is to provide business owners with an attractive exit opportunity while respecting their legacy, hardworking employees, and customers by dedicating myself to sustaining and growing the business. Select criteria include: 1. Industrial-related Business - manufacturing, specialty services, niche waste management, value-add distribution, defense-adjacent, electrical grid infrastructure, etc. 2. Low Customer Concentration - no customer accounts for more than 30% of revenue. 3. Revenue - annual revenue between $5-25 million with highly recurring or repeat customers 4. Cash Flow - $1-5 million in annual pre-tax operating profits or EBITDA. 5.
