Our process breaks down into Strategy, Implementation, and Sustainment. We work with you to assess what your data infrastructure and tech stack currently includes. Our team provides a comprehensive plan at the end of the assessment that lays out what steps need to be taken in order to integrate data from essential applications and tools, transform data into unique data models for analysis, and data is being properly organized and stored in your data warehouse. From there our team can help establish a data warehouse if your company does not yet have one set up and will work to implement the actions outlined in your Strategy plan. To wrap it all up, we provide on-going maintenance and support as part of our Sustainment where we can make any new changes needed in the future in addition to maintaining the development work once completed. Our developers have nearly 15 years experience working with construction companies of all sizes on their data management needs and providing custom development.
PRICING
Our pricing is dependent on the project parameters and a quote will be provided once we know the requirements. Ongoing support and maintenance is a recurring monthly charge.
PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, and CANCELLATION
Payments can be made via check or credit card. Deposits for Strategy and Implementation are nonrefundable and due up front with the remainder due after deliverables are provided. Projects can be only cancelled up to a week prior to start of work. Sustainment support automatically renews every month. If you cancel after 14 days, payment is nonrefundable and service will continue until end of the month's billing period.
