Our range is as follows: IN SAND PLANT The Rotocontrol: An automatic network of online monitoring which controls the compactibility (for water) and the compression strength (for additives) of the moulding sand. With now more than 350 systems world-wide, designed for all types of foundries, we have an unequalled experience. The Rotolabo: A laboratory device to control compactibility and compression strength, humidity with possibility of connection to compare production and laboratory measures. The Rotomax and Compact Rotomax: Variable-speed mixing for an optimum quality of moulding sands. This is a new mixing concept in which the mixing tool’s speed is automatically adapted to the sand type to be processed and to the changing physical properties throughout the mixing time. The Maxcool: A variable-speed mixer offering two functions in one single machine. The RFD: It’s a continuous cooler specifically designed to provide a pre-mix sand with optimal temperature and moisture. Pneumatic transport: Weight and transport different additives for your green sand, such as coal dust, bentonite and new sand in function of the result of Rotocontrol’s measure.
