We are a nonprofit organization based in Washington State, dedicated to uplifting and supporting Somali and immigrant childcare providers. We equip providers with culturally relevant resources, training, and advocacy to build sustainable, high-quality childcare businesses that serve our communities with care and dignity.
Our mission is to promote equity in early childhood education by removing barriers and amplifying the voices of underrepresented providers. Through professional development workshops, peer support, and community engagement, we work to ensure every provider is empowered — and every child receives nurturing, responsive care.
