As a mother of children aged 3 to 12, I found myself increasingly concerned by how stressed today’s kids were becoming. I saw it in the media and in my own home—my children struggled to understand gratitude and mindfulness, both powerful tools for emotional well-being. I realized there was a gap in helping kids build these positive habits early in life, and that’s how Scrible Forge was born.
The Scrible Forge Kids Journal is a simple, engaging tool designed to teach kids about gratitude, mindfulness, and personal growth. With just a few minutes of fun activities each day, children can learn life-changing habits that will shape their emotional resilience and mindset for the future.
As a woman entrepreneur, I also noticed a growing movement of people returning to basics—choosing pen and paper over screens, practicing mindfulness, and journaling to reduce stress. Inspired by my own family’s journey of reducing screen time and focusing on mindful living, I created a journal that could help children do the same.
