Scrum Star Academy

The goal of Scrum Star Academy is to promote Agile software development and encourage both management and developers to adopt Scrum in their organizations. The statistics show that properly implemented Agile methods can result in a much higher success rate of software projects. They can bring higher return on investment, faster delivery and increased focus on the business value of the products. Not to mention the positive effects on the well-being of the development teams. Even though more and more companies turn to Scrum, Kanban, XP and other Agile methods to build their software, we feel that Agile is still not as widespread as it should be. The change is often slow and difficult. Our goal is to constructively contribute to that change process.
