SCS Field Services (SCS-FS) is a specialized environmental engineering construction division of SCS Engineers, a proven leader in environmental engineering with offices nationwide. SCS-FS was initially formed to provide turnkey engineering construction and associated operation, monitoring and maintenance services for a variety of municipal solid waste landfill and landfill gas-related projects. In response to the demands of an expanding environmental market, the SCS-FS now provides remediation services to address hazardous substances contamination. Design-Build Services SCS-FS provides high-level technical engineering services and practical hands-on construction and operations expertise, a combination generally unavailable from other environmental engineering construction firms. This unique combination allows SCS-FS to provide clients with cost-effective solutions to difficult environmental problems. Services include construction of: Landfill gas extraction wells, monitoring probes, and collection piping systems Landfill gas extraction and flaring facilities Leachate collection, treatment, and disposal systems Subdrain systems Site grading and surface water drainage systems Landfills and landfill expansions Rental and installation of LFG Blower/Flare units SCS-FS provides its clients with the experience and reliability needed to keep costly environmental control systems working at optimum efficiency. Currently, SCS-FS operates, maintains, and monitors over 175 environmental control and energy recovery facilities nationwide. SCS-FS manages these facilities from regional operations centers, employing trained technicians to serve our clients on a local basis.
