Stem Cell Cancer Survivorship Foundation empowers patients and their supporters through the transformative experience of cancer diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship. Our foundation provides grants to relieve the financial stressors of cancer-related needs. Adults, adolescents / AYA patients, and children are eligible to receive funds for medications and equipment, home services and transportation, transplantation, targeted therapies, and quality of life concerns. Our web forum is a home for patients at all stages of treatment to connect with each other and fellow supporters. We integrate the global expertise of master clinicians in the field of oncology, with the purpose of providing an individualized framework for optimal care. The scope of cancer care goes beyond the oncology ward; in addition to physicians, patients benefit from a vital network of dentists, physical therapists, reproductive specialists, etc. We advocate a model that includes primary care physicians, up-to-date advances in cancer treatment, and team-based approach to survivorship guidelines. The non profit also advocates for integrating stem cell survivorship programs within the oncology and primary care community. Our guiding principle is strengthening the resilience of patients so that everyone affected by cancer can survive the cure.
